H & B Plumbing & Heating have been in business 60 years (1946-2006).  The business was started at 1106 Mackinaw Ave. by Hector & Elizabeth Bourrie (Hector Bourrie & Son, Inc.), then moved to 602 W. Seymour St. in 1975 ( known as Bourrie, Inc.).  Under the ownership of Hector & Elizabeth Bourrie and Jim & Joanne Harrison the name was changed in 1986 to H & B Plumbing & Heating, Inc.  In December 2006 was relocated to 9611 N. Straits Highway (formerly White`s Sales and Service).  There are 4 generations involved in this family owned business.  The business is a full service plumbing, heating, air conditioning and sheet metal company that retails parts, fixtures, faucets, vanities, heating and AC equipment, has a sewer camera and cleans sewers.
