The Step Inn Restaurant was established in downtown Cheboygan in 1943.

Our menu offers various "local" comfort foods. We specialize in our homemade soups and chili, just like mom used to make. All of our menu items are cooked to order so you will receive the freshest product possible. Our daily specials during the week consist of various lunch items you will not find on our menu and our daily weekend specials consist of breakfast items not usually found on our menu. Every item on our menu is available all day, every day.

We serve breakfast and lunch daily and we offer a Fish Fry on Friday nights. Our "regular" customers claim we have the best fish available in the area. The Fish Plate is made with a light beer batter. We also offer a Perch dinner or Shrimp dinner with our own special light breading.

The Step Inn Restaurant offers a very casual, friendly, family oriented atmosphere. Stop in and try one of our breakfast or lunches along with a cup of our fresh ground coffee.

The Step Inn Restaurant is located at 325 N. Main Street in downtown Cheboygan. Our hours are 6am to 2pm on Saturday thru Thursday and 6am to 8pm on Fridays.
